Tucker County Trails, Inc.
is sponsoring trail maintenance on Canaan Valley Institute property (WV
State Championship
course) on Wed., May 30th at 5PM and Sat., June 2nd at 9AM. We will
meet at Blackwater bikes in Davis, WV. We will work for several hours
on Wed. and for about five on Sat. that are eligible for the Pay Dirt
Program.
Workday recording guidelines for coordinators
Below are the guidelines for recording and reporting information for the Pay Dirt Program.
This information will be used for 2 purposes.
- 1. To validate that the 10 hours of trail work needed to receive points through the program are recorded for WVMBA members, and
- 2. To record trail work done by individuals not racing in the WVMBA series so that an accurate accounting of volunteer hours can be gathered and used for reporting to forums such as the WV Legislature.
As a program coordinator, please use the following guidelines.
Please fill-out forms completely and clearly. All of the information is required to receive points.
For WVMBA members:
- Use the form titled: 2007 West Virginia Mountain Bike Association Pay Dirt Program WVMBA members.
- The WVMBA member can use one form to record all their trail work or provide a separate form for each work date.
- The 10 hours required for Pay Dirt must occur at a minimum of two separate workdays.
For Non-WVMBA members: Use the form titled: 2007 West Virginia Mountain Bike Association Pay Dirt Program (Non-WVMBA members)
Mail only completed copies by 8/25/07 or turn in at the ACE New River Bike Festival on 8/26/07. Mail to:
