Favorite Race Course. and why.
 Shenandoah Mountain 100. With this race it is more about a good time and finishing. I love the folks out their suffering along with me. This race puts everything into perspective.

 Vicious Cycles Monolith,Jewel, and Slider.
Career Highlight or favorite moment on a bike?
 Favorite moment would be last years Shenandoah Mountain 100. I raced my single speed and that race makes every other single speed ride/race seem easy. What a beautiful race. If I could do only one race a year this would be it.
Favorite food.Berries: raspberries,strawberries,blackberries, blueberries, and huckleberries.
Favorite movie.
 I really hate watching tv. I watch alot documentaries on youtube and google. I love to be informed about stuff that REALLY matters.

 That would be my old Kona Caldera steel hardtail. "Sunny" I'll never part with her.

 I want to shout out whoever started WVMBA. (Laird, Matt Marcus?, Jon) and all the folks that keep this series going. It is wonderful to have so many races so close to home. We have the best series around. Also thanks to all the racers who keep it going. WVMBA is something special!
